The Parlour
Welcome to our 1 Bedroom Barn
The Parlour is our 1 bedroomed converted barn, recently opened in Summer 2022.
There is a fully equipped modern and stylish kitchen off the lounge / dining room.
The king-size bedroom overlooks the tranquil pond, and a relaxing bathroom awaits you with an amazing shower and plunge slipper bath.
Due to there not being any outdoor areas for animals to run free we do not accept dogs in the Parlour, but do in The Dairy as it’s supported by a large secure courtyard.

What’s Included
- All bed linen
- All towels including face cloths
- Some basic toiletries
- Tea (Yorkshire of course), Coffee and sugar with some fresh milk in the fridge
- Washing up liquid, sponge and some general cleaning products
- Antibacterial handwash at all sinks

Checking In
Our usual check in time is 2pm, however you can arrive whenever you’d like after this time.
When you arrive, you will find the keys to your barn and a welcome note waiting for you.
We are usually around when you check in, but if we are not we will always check that you’ve settled in and answer any questions you may have.
Checking Out
Our usual check out time is by 10am. You can leave the keys to your barn in the door as our cleaning team follow soon after you.
